Technically, there are no individual fuses for the blinkers. They are controlled the BCM itself. Whatever fuses feed more than just the blinker circuits.

I have a 2016 and those fuses aren't for the blinkers. Thanks though

Those two fuses listed in the other message are the correct ones, but as I said, they don't directly control the outputs of the blinkers, if one of those was out, half of all the lighting on the truck would be dark, one fuse is the left side, the other is the right side. More than likely the BCM which controls the lights had an issue or saw something wrong and shut off the outputs to protect itself. Then it resets itself and started working, glad things are working again though.
