Default Fuse box short

Hi Folks, I'm new to this forum and new to my 2018 f150 STX 2.7L truck. I picked this truck up for a decent price because it had a electrical problem with the fuse box (main) and a short to ground. I have already replaced the burnt out ground wire coming from the fuse box and awaiting a new box from flea Bay. Has anyone experienced this problem? From the picture, it looks like one of the relays imbedded in the fuse box circuitry shorted out and took out the whole thing. By the way, there were no blown fuses!
