Talking Fun Night!

So... My Alarm went off at Midnight last night... I got up... turned it off... looked around... nothing.

Then... it went off again at 1:15... I got up... Turned it off... Looked harder... Still nothing...

Then... at 1:45 it went off yet again... I got up... Turned it off... Looked even harder - and this time, I found a large moth flying about inside the cab... I tried to shush him out, be he wasn't having any of that... so he then became a temporary part of my dash!

The alarm did not go off anymore.

Such is life!~

Ive had this happen on my truck (going off multiple times in the night), which does not have motion sensors. Only difference from any other night with my truck was that the truck was parked sideways at the end of my driveway on a slight angle. Weirdest thing, hasnt happened again.

Haha. I've wondered if that was possible with the motion sensors, guess that answers my question!

So our trucks have motion sensors inside?

I have a ‘15 Larait 501A (recently purchased) and have been wondering about the security features. I went through the section in the manual twice and it doesn’t offer much.

On my window sticker it says “advanced security pack” - what does that mean? What actual features does my truck have?

Ah ok this is why I have the option of "perimeter only" when I arm it.

Yeah, my truck shows a window with 'perimeter only' or 'all sensors' every time I shut off the engine, even though I remember somewhere setting it to always all sensors. Oh well. But glad to know even a moth can set the motion sensor off. If I ever see one, I'd switch to 'perimeter only'. Thanks.
