Default Fuel System Cleaning

I've owned many fuel injected Fords in my lifetime. I made a habit of running a bottle of Chevron Techron fuel system cleaner through the tank prior to every oil change, and anecdotal or not, never had an issue with the fuel system on any vehicle.
However, my 2019 2.7L is my first Ecoboost engine. Would you recommend the dealership fuel and intake system cleaning for this engine, or am I ok sticking with the Techron regimen?
Edit: 110k miles on the truck.

I would keep doing as you have been. The dealer service you’re speaking of is an upsell and not in the manual for a maintenance item.

I never did anything like that to my 2017 2.7 and don’t plan on doing anything to my 2025 2.7.

Techron is fine to use on the EBs.

Unless you're having a problem, neither the dealership profit enhancement service (which is what it is) nor the Techron routine are necessary, and probably never will be if you're in the habit of usually using Top Tier gasoline. If your engine does seem to be running less smoothly than it once did, start with the Techron. https://www.toptiergas.com/

My 2015 2.7 has never had a bottle of anything put through it and runs and idles fine. Never had a fuel system problem with this or any other vehicle.

In addition, the owner's manual states to not use any fuel or oil additives, but what does Ford know?

Taggart's suggestion to run TopTier gas is probably the best path. But should you choose to use an additive I suggest doing it before you change the oil. Any deposits, dirt or vanish will be washed into the oil and flushed out immediately with the oil drain, then fresh oil to replace it.
