Should a completed FSA be removed from "OUTSTANDING FIELD SERVICE ACTIONS" and shown under "WARRANTY REPAIR HISTORY" in my truck's OASIS report?

I had the 18N03 freezing door fix completed a year ago, and it is still harassing me in FordPass and the on the owner site. It shows as outstanding in my truck's OASIS report, and does not show under warranty history. I asked the dealer that preformed the work to please enter it in OASIS as complete, and they claim that it is by design for it to not be entered, in case I have the issue again. I asked Ford about the it not being entered, and to clear the alert, and they say only the servicing dealer can enter it as complete. WTF?

Any way to get it to go away from the FordPass app without having the work done? If I don't need the work done, they aren't going to do it, right?

 

Yep, call the dealership and tell them to report it fixed in OASIS.

 

If it was only that easy,

unfortunately the only way to get it to go away is have the program done on the truck, we can't just report vehicles as fixed.
