My truck has 24k miles on it and my front struts are starting to sqeuk like the did on my 2005 with 200k miles on it. Has anyone saw this this soon? Is there anyway to stop or fix it? Or is the only way to buy new shocks for the front and have the coil spring moved over?

 

i too notice it squeak, not rly when driving but when i park and get out just my truck rocking from weight getting out hear squeaks slightly.

You 100% sure it isn't your seat? My drivers seat squeaks like a bastard.

 

Yeah mine started with the getting in and out about 4-5k miles ago and now it has started doing it while driving a little bit. I am going to take it in to the dealer and see what they say. Hopefully they won't deny it since I just had the truck lifted 6" about 400 miles ago.

I know it's my front struts, I can stand on the running boards and make truck rock and it squeaks

 

Anybody figure anything out about this. I just replaced my shocks and now notice an annoying squeak on the DS Strut. Sounds like it's coming from the rubber pad that the spring makes contact with at the top.

 

Funny...I stumbled on this thread...I have just over 10k miles on my truck and I noticed it makes a sort of squeaky sound when turning and driving over bumps.
This is warranty covered is it not?
