Default Front sensor retrofit

With all the forscan possibilities, is it possible to add OEM front sensors from the Ford explorer or Ford ranger to F150?

It seems the F150, Ranger, Explorer all have similar Forscan, similar sync 3. It seems like we should be able to add OEM front park sensors and have them integrated into the head unit like the rear sensors.

I've only found aftermarket, which in my opinion is pretty stupid.

Has anyone tried? Is there a option in the F150 forscan to enable or disable?

If I remember correctly. I think Livnitup attempted this a couple of years back and determined it wasn't possible or feasible. I have used the after market front sensor system by Rostra and was very pleased with it. It was very accurate and not to difficult to install. I wish I still had it but it was damaged after an accident and the body repair person at the dealer cut the wiring harness and so I decided not to replace the system again.

Yes I am also after this and totally agree with your comment on aftermarket, when expedition, explorer and ranger have the front sensors.

The YouTube below mentions how to get into the ipc and update, I just don't know the specifics for the f150... Anyone do this yet?? I do definitely think it's possible..
