Front parking sensors installed (Rostra Frontzone)
I installed the Rostra Frontzone on my 2016 XLT and so far I'm pleased. It was a pretty easy install and I think it doesn't look too bad. There are four sensors that install in the bumper, an ecu, and a display that you can mount on your ceiling or dash and you can adjust the volume or mute it. It tells you in inches how close you are to an object (as close as 11 inches) so it sounds like it will be useful when pulling into a parking spot head-on or parallel parking. It seems to be dead nuts accurate. It ties into the can bus so it only operates at speeds less than 8mph or so. This should hold me off until there is an easy way to integrate a front camera with the sync 3 screen.

Never heard of it either, but I like it and have wondered why they weren't included in the original package.

Old Fart
This is interesting. Don't see a price or a way to order from the link provided by Bafflingbs. What did you pay and how did you order it?

Got mine amazon from the link in the Post above for about 80 bucks. I looked at the "Curb alert" product but for the f150 this one looked it matches up better. There are cheaper solutions out there, but iliked thus kit. It comes with everything you need, hole saws etc... The wires are pre wrapped with split loom so it's ready to install.
