Here is an idea that works well on 11-14. Lights are fairly well protected inside the bumper opening. Not sure if it’ll need to be modified for a 20.

Sorry, I didn't go through any effort for this install. If you look at my name, then at the name of the person whose thread I linked you'll see its 2 different people!
