Front end vibration
My F150 truck has a front-end vibration at 60-75mph. It happens occasionally and will be like a 2 second multiple quick thumps then it stops.
It's not all the time and not the road. The tires were balanced and rotated. The vibration seems to be in the right front. Any suggestions?

When I first got my truck I had a vibration that I could see previous owner tried getting rid of. The dealer put new tires on when I bought it but yet there was still a small vibration. I searched and found a TSB on the truck 2017 F-150 and there was a drive shaft problem being out of balance. Replaced shaft and no vibration. So keep it in mind if you have a vibration problem.
Does your truck happen to have lane centering/departure warning? If it does, that's almost certainly what you're feeling. Spent the entire 2 hour drive back from the dealership when I bought mine thinking the steering was broken before I realized what it was!
