Default Front End Squeaks

I have a 2018 F150 XL Regular Cab, 30K miles, original owner. Lately been noticing squeaking noises on both sides of the front end when driving over the slightest bump in the road. I just had the vehicle serviced (not for the squeaks), with nothing appearing out of order. Any ideas or similar issues? I will appreciate any and all input.

its a bushing, either where the shock mounts to the a arm or where the control arms mount to the frame. you can spray one bushing at a time with wd-40, then go drive it to see if squeak has gone away. when you don't hear the squeak anymore you have found the culprit.

I tried that earlier today, but not sure if I covered all of the areas. Can that area be accessed from the open hood or from underneath the truck? BTW, thanks for the quick response!
