front bumper question

I have marked below, is there a part number for this in black, chrome, or platinum satin? or is it the full bumper. any light shined on this would be helpful thanks.

The chrome part is the actual bumper. The black in the center is a cover. I think not all models have the full center cover. That picture is a Platinum and Platinum's have the full center cover.
