Default Forward pre collision control

How do you tell if your truck has forward pre collision control or do all 2019's have it?

Well I know I have it because Fordpass kept telling me that there is a problem with it or to clean in front of the bumper where the sensor is. Cleaned the bumper, still getting the warnings, took it to my dealer, they put it on the computer, long story short, they will be replacing my front windshield because there is a break in one of the elements that runs through the glass. Didn't make any sense to me.

I changed the sensitivity from medium to high and it has given me a few warnings so I know it's there and working. The warnings happened while trying to merge onto a freeway and getting close to the car in front of me which was holding back.
