I have a 2013 platinum with memory seats. Can Forscan code the vehicle to remove the memory seat recall restriction? Normally, vehicle must be in park or neutral to be recalled. I’d like to be able to recall the memory position while driving.
Is there an easier way to find changes without reading 12,000 posts? Has anyone made a spread sheet of some kind?
No.
No spreadsheet exists. There is no ForScan help and info group on Facebook. I have no ForScan videos on youtube explaining exactly how to disable auto stop start and other features. There is no useful information in the very first sticky post for this thread. Mustang, Fusion, Focus, Escape, SuperDuty, 12 Gen F150 and other Ford enthusiasts do not have dedicated forums of their own for ForScan topics which directly apply here.
As for the rest of you; if people are too lazy to try basic internet 101 skills and or reading for 3 minutes, I highly recommend not helping them because those are the people who overlook fundamental instructions, rush basic necessary precautions, mess up their truck and sue you for it.
If someone genuinely needs help I will help them whether in person or online, but this... this one is special lol.
The patience of the people in this thread... saints, all of you.
I like to think that everyone who is driving around in a new 13 gen F150 and contributes to this thread is very highly educated and knows words, all the best words.
