Default Forscan Help

I've got a 18 XLT that I added the power fold mirrors to,I'm trying to get the puddle lights to work as well as the spot lights.I'm using mirrors off of a 15 to 17 F150 that had blis, and they are heated.my truck was built before they put the temp sensor in the pass. mirror.I have the power fold working but I'm not able to get the puddle lights or spots working,I have the switch and module for the spots installed.I've tried changing the DDM and PDM for turn signals and puddle lights w/o blis and with blis but either way doesn't work.also tried to enable the spot lamps in the BCM from 0 to 1 to enable them and nothing.also did the same with the puddle lights, tried with LED and bulb but nothing seems to work.after I write it and it says to turn key off and on,I wait about 5 to 7 seconds before turning the key back on.is this too long or not long enough?my tech guy is busy this weekend and let me have a go at it but the only thing I got correct was to disable Lincoln style fold.ford390gashog has been trying to help out by sending me files to compare but I'm new to forscan and looking for help.anyone else run into this?

the tech that was helping me unplugged the puddle lights because he thought they were staying on really dim and didn't want my battery to drain.
