So im not sure if its the F in DDM 740-03-01 that made the driver door not unfold at open or what. O.P, could you show us what your current values are?

The way mine work is the mirrors fold or unfold if lock/unlock the truck. Has nothing to do with starting or opening doors.

If I use the inside mirror fold switch to fold them they stay folded until I use the switch to unfold them regardless of locking/unlocking/opening doors/starting etc.

If I don't use the inside mirror switch to fold them then they fold when locked, unfold when unlocked regardless how you do it.

I would show you but the OBD link was borrowed to get rid of the double honk and then I decided to do the mirrors...I returned the device to the owner already. Sorry.
I’m thinking of buying my own in the near future after seeing this success and will post when and if I do.

Here's what mine do.... they only index out (unfold) closing the drivers door which is fine with me.
