Has anyone found a way to disable the TPMS altogether? I don't have the correct TPMS sensors and it shows a fault message every time I turn on my truck.

OP, just in case you haven't noticed yet, up at the top of this section are sticky threads. Usually the first one of those is a FORScan thread. If you open the very first posting there is a link to a spreadsheet that has a lot of FORScan information in it, including what you were asking about. Its a very good resource and has been used by many of us.
