Does anyone know if the FordService pm account on here is still active? I PM’d them about a month ago with no response. Haven’t used that contact in a few years though.

When I ordered my 2017 they were giving me weekly updates on tracking etc. I took delivery 1/20/17 and they stopped posting a couple weeks later.
