Default FordPass issue

When checking my Vehicle Hotspot usage from the FordPass app it says setup your vehicle hotspot, setup data plan. But the thing is that I already have a plan setup when my trial plan runs out. I click on setup hotspot takes me to ATT page and it shows that I have a plan already selected.

I use to be able to check it from the app. But I can check it from the console in the truck.

Anyone else having an issue checking data usage from the FordPass app? I’m running 2.21.0 on the FordApp.

Maybe being in that transition period out of your trial has it confused?

The app must have updated recently because it brought up a new terms page and then crashed several times this morning. It also stopped showing the miles on the truck.
