Why is Next Scheduled Start not available all of a sudden on my Fordpass app?

Most current version is 2.20.0

Then log out of the App and log back in.

I have Version 2.21.0 and not been able to use scheduled start since December 6th.

Our Escape also has Unlock, Start and Lock available. My F150 only has Start.

Ford sucks at this. Every time they update one thing they break another.

 

I didn't know 2.21.0 was available

 

 

have you tried logging out and then back in?

 

Yes. A couple of times on both mine and the wife's phone. Didn't help, and the wife really likes the scheduled start feature.

 

My ford pass has been acting up too. When I log in I can see the start engine button for a quick second and then it disappears. Only able to lock/unlock. My app is updated and I’ve logged out too. I also have to go into settings every time to change the unit of measure. It never saves it. Annoying!
