im sure you’re in a pinch but a 30 second search produced the following results

Quick Fixes (Try these first):
- Neutral Roll: Stop, shift to Neutral, release the brake, let the truck roll slightly forward or backward, then try shifting to 2WD while rolling.
- Reverse & Turn: Shift to Neutral, then try backing up while turning the steering wheel sharply (S-pattern) to help the IWEs disengage.
- Battery Reset: Disconnect the battery for 15 minutes to reset the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), then try again.
- Tap the Motor: Gently tap the transfer case shift motor (located on the back of the transfer case) while trying to shift out of 4WD.
