Tons of 2014's on dealer lots around here, but I'm still not seeing the deals, at least not on trucks above XLT's.
2014 or 2015, I can get dealer invoice +/- a few hundred. No real change their. They might go deeper into holdbacks on 2014's, but either way, small difference.
Base rebate on above XLT's is only $500 more on 2014's ($1,500 vs. $1,000). They offer the additional $1,000 ford credit rebate (and a $1,500 rebate if you take their wholesale trade offers). That's the exact same rebate package I received in 2011 when the EcoBoost first came out. Not exactly Ford loading money into the trunks...
So without a trade, only $1,500 more in money from Ford on 2014's.
Local inventory shows 301 2014 F150's, but about 200 of them are XL's, STX's, or XLT's.

Woodhouse Ford in Plattsmouth, NE shows over 500 2014 F150's on their web site. Woodhouse.com
Something like 130 2015's, mostly still in transit, such as mine!
Their prices for the 14's seems to be $4,000 to $5,000 off MSRP on the King Ranch and Platinum's.

Lots of 'Ford truck Week' advertising, but no new discounts around here.
2014's are $1,500 rebate plus $1,000 if you use ford credit plus $1,500 'trade assistance' if you trade in (which I never do). Same as it was a few weeks ago, and not nearly compelling enough to get me to go for a 2014 vs 2015.
An extra $1,500 rebate on XLT's if you want a low trim level truck, which does seem to match dealers overflowing inventory of low-spec XLT 2014's.
Funny, on the 2014's, you get an extra $1,500 rebate if you buy an XLT vs. a FX4/Lariat/Platinum/KR/Limited. On 2015's, you get a bigger rebate on the trim levels higher than XLT, $1,000 vs. $500.
