Ford Sync replacement help
Hello, and good morning. I've got a 2016 F150 Lariat with Sony radio, and as we all know the sound sucks. I originally replaced the factory speakers with high end Focals, and that helped a lot. Then I did wire taps and went into a summing device and went to an amp, and that also helped. Then PAC audio came out with a device to bypass the Sony amp all together. So I've cut out my Sony dsp completely, I have the PAC audio AP4-FD21 (which by the way makes it sound amazing!) going directly to a Mosconi DSP, then going to my amp. So now I'd like to remove the Sony DSP, however whenever I unplug the Sony DSP my radio volume won't turn up. For some reason it seems the radio senses the Sony DSP isn't plugged in some how. Is there anyway to bypass or trick the factory head unit into working without the Sony DSP/Amp plugged in?

It's not doing anything at this point anymore correct, or maybe I don't understand.
