Default Ford Pass message

Got the door latch freezing concerns in the mail. Local dealer had ordered a new rear seat belt so I waited for the belt to arrive and get everything done at once. Service writer said they only do the latch if they were inop. Now how does the 18n03 field service action get deleted from my phone? Service person had no idea. Wrong color belt was ordered.

Where is the message displaying, in the Message Center? I think you can long hold it and choose to delete it, been a while since I did that tho. I have an Android, not iPhone

In Message Center there is a blue DELETE next to the subject line when you open the message.

But I think the OP is talking about the Recalls/FS banner when you have the vehicle selected in the app. The dealership should have been able to clear it in their system. Usually repairing it closes it. I would contact the guides to see if they can help.
