Default Fluid Levels

2016 KR with 7500 miles. My rear end, transfer case and front differential fluid levels are all about an inch below the fill opening. I have always filled everything to the fill port. Dealer says thats normal cold and will come up warm. I think he's full of S... Anyone have the ford servicing manual? What does it say?
Thanks for any help.

coppied right from 2016 f150 workshop manual, wasnt sure which diff you have so i listed both

Check and top off the differential with clean differential gear lubricant. The differential gear lubricant level should be within 10 mm (0.0394 in.) from the fluid level fill plug opening.
Refer to: Specifications (205-02A Rear Drive Axle/Differential - Vehicles With: Ford 8.8 Inch Ring Gear, Specifications).

The differential gear lubricant level should be within 6mm (1/4 in.) from the fluid level fill plug opening.
Refer to: Specifications (205-02B Rear Drive Axle/Differential - Vehicles With: Ford 9.75 Inch Ring Gear,

Fill the transfer case with 1.4L (2.9 pt) of clean fluid. The transfer case fluid must be within 10mm (0.393 in) below the fill plug hole

Thanks so much. I'd rather have it at the bottom of the fill port but I see it's all ok per ford. I'll probably top them all off at some point.
And I have the 3.55 Electronic Lock Rear Diff.

On your first reference of 10 mm, it should be (.394). Last reference is correct.
