Does anyone know what I'm looking at here? This is the second or third time I've seen this. It looks like it may be brake fluid? You can see that white plastic part there is sticky fluid on it

 

bad seal. take it to the dealer if its still under warranty

 

Have an appointment with dealer on the 23rd. Service tech on phone said it might be lube from the adjustable pedals, he's just never seen one leak before. Joy

I'll update the thread once they found what it was for anyone looking in the future.
