Default Floor Vibration

So my truck has an issue that is really annoying. 20K miles, all stock. When my foot is resting on footrest to the left of the brake pedal and I go over a bump I feel a big vibration. It does not seem to be coming from the steering shaft like many here have stated. It is very noticeable at low speeds on uneven road and feels like it is coming from right under the footrest or in front of it from the other side of the firewall.

My shop had it up on the lift and didn't find anything loose. Has anyone else experienced this issue.

Possible loose parking brake cable. There have been a few on here with that issue.
