Default Floor mat posts
Can floor mat posts be added? I have some on the driver's side but non on the passenger's side.

I too have wondered this. I've been meaning to put velcro on the passenger side mat to see if it holds it down better.

Just installed the Huskies. I didn't get an additional post. The **** on the backside do the job for me on the carpet.

If you want to eliminate any slide, do what I did when I had my 2009 STX ...

Floor mat/liner anchor, retainers: $8
*Scrap aluminum sheet + mat retainers (part # 1W6Z-76130A83-AA)
  • trim-off the bottom of the anchors so that they're flat.
  • attach the anchors to the fabricated bracket using (say) 3M double-sided attachment tape.
  • drill a hole in the end of the fabricated bracket.
  • loosen the seat bolts. *Temporarily remove the outside ones.
  • slide the hole-drilled-in-the-end bracket between the floor and seat mount.
  • tighten the seat bolts.
