Default First time Stage 3 Motorsports purchase...not very impressed.

Seems as if all of my issues were caused by Fuel not communicating, and not Stage 3. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone today obviously was a little more interested in helping me than he let on over the phone. I'm glad to see that. Sorry for the worthless post, and now that I know stage 3 has a presence on this forum, I'll pm them instead of posting threads about issues.

I just looked into this and it looks like a communication problem between the warehouse for Fuel wheels and ourselves. The order came to us on 8.30.17 and the wheels shipped 8.31.17. I will email you tracking on everything. I also sent you a PDF of your invoice.

I submitted some questions to them a few days ago via email and have yet to receive a response. Have purchased from them before and even though they are *local* to me the goods did not ship from here. They shipped from someplace on the east coast. That's ok, I don't care but I do care that I have some questions about a planned purchase and they've not replied yet. I prefer to support the local business as much as I can but non-responses from customer service can and will influence my purchasing decisions.

Thanks for a more than timely response. I edited my original post, because it seems that Fuel's inability to communicate just made y'all look bad. From what I understand now, you guys drop ship from distributors. I've got that now.
The only interesting thing was that I'm positive I posted my order Tuesday evening. It was pretty late, so maybe it just didn't hit the system until Wednesday? That might have been part of the confusion on the timetable as well. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

on aug 30, 2017 - 1:08:53 PM".
our payment timestamp is the same:
8/30/2017 1:08:53 PM. Either way they are shipped. Post pics once you get everything installed.

Just change the post to a positive review. Order on 8/30 and shipped on 8/31 sounds like a pretty solid turnaround time.

I did. But I can't change the title of the thread. Hence the reason I posted in the edited post that I wish the mods would just erase the whole things And I was just pointing out that something wonky happened with their system. Not a big deal. But it made me look like I was lying about what I perceived to be an issue in the first place.

Glad everything is ok, I plan on getting a whipple from them, who knows, I might even tow the RV out and let them put it in.

This of course is dependent on the wife. I am so whipped.
