Hey all, first post here. Had some jackwagon decide he'd try to avoid rear ending someone by hitting me head on. Not the best idea for a Hyundai Elantra. Dude was driving on a suspended license, totaled 2 cars and caused $10k worth of damage to my ECOBEAST. However, there was a silver lining to my wreck. Decided to upgrade the headlights, running boards, bumpers, and grille while it's in the shop. Also stepped the tires up to a set of BFG KMC3 33x12.5x20. Ultimately, I'd like to get the truck all blacked out, but the rims will probably have to wait until next year. So, moral of the story, does anyone have a good product/tips for spraying the mirror covers and door handles? Thanks.
Sorry to hear that glad your ok.I had my truck for a week and some girl blew thru a stop sign and t-boned me and took out my drivers door and passenger door and tube step.
the mirror covers and door handle covers are just plastic snap on pieces you can get from Ebay in any color.
Ive heard of people wrapping them but not painting them
I cannot find door handle covers that are the snap on type, just an overlay with tape. Mirror caps I can find, but no luck with the door handle caps. :-(
nreese304, I used Plasti-dip on my handles and mirrors. Held up for a year now, with a little peel up on the edge of 1 mirror.

+1 for plasti-dip.
I would stay far away from the door handle overlays. My buddy had them on his truck and they ended up scratching through the clearcoat where they made contact with the door. Seemed to affect the front doors worse but that's probably because the rear doors weren't opened as often.
