Ah, the first good freeze of the year here in my area of Oregon. I sympathize with all my brothers and sisters that weren’t able to shut their truck doors. Yes, I’ve had the recall completed. For those of you that have found success spraying WD40 or some other type of liquid oil or grease, what exactly have you used?

 

Motorcraft Tune-Up cleaner, dealer uses it so why not. This will be the fifth winter with it on two different trucks

PSA: lock the doors then shut them if the latch freezes. Also where do you apply the lubricant? might have to try that since i have a bottle of lps...

 

I think I've tried this and they still bounced open. I will try the LPS. Thanks.
