Thought I'd share my backup camera saga. The camera started acting flaky the beginning of the year with an eventual blue screen. Dealer told me at the time they thought it was the camera and it was on back order. Fast forward to multiple times calling on an update. I finally just called there parts department and they stated they did have them in stock.

I called service this month and they state the service advisors who initially said it was on back order did not work there anymore and did not have me on record as needing one. They take the truck and basically just start throwing parts at it. Camera and a control module. After over a week troubleshooting they found a broken wire in the tailgate harness. Nice to have a backup camera again especially while towing my trailer. I'm also very happy Easy Care covered most of this.
