I just called my dealership and they don't have it in their system yet. He said sometimes the app gets this info before them.

I'll have the FSA in my hands shortly, but I suspect it relates to the off-throttle rattle and not the cold start rattle. We shall see....

Yes, it is. I should have been more clear. My dealership also doesn't know what the FSB is yet and advised I call back in a week or so.

I stand corrected. This is definitely for the cold start rattle and the knock at idle.

Don't think the software fix will fix my cam phasers rattle

2017 3.5eb with 150000kms.

Nothing but a PCM update. I have my doubts as well, and this wouldn't be the first time they have put out a software update for a phaser rattle... Anxiously awaiting results. I'll update mine tonight just because, but I don't have either issue yet. Perhaps it will address the off-throttle rattle as well.
