So who determines if there is a shudder. I def got a shudder after having that crappy update done. And to think the truck was perfectly fine before the update. New to ford and just brought it in since i saw a notification on my phone.

This was my email from my service manager from my dealership as of this morning, when I asked about the shudder issue fix.
"I had my technician check again last night with ford hotline and still unfortunately still no update yet. We will continue to monitor with ford and hopefully will have a update soon."

So who knows. The 21N03 Cam Phaser replacement is still showing on my app even though they were replaced on June 21.

Default Phaser reflash

I just got this notice on my Ford pass.
My 2017 Screw runs great and doesn't have any Phaser noise. I never got the first reflash done and with all the issues others have had, I don't plan to at this point.

I am sure when there is an update it will have a new number.

Yes I had 21B10 done in April. I got the notice again. I have had 0 issues since the flash, no Tranny shudder. I mostly drive in Sport mode (mpg average seems to be 18.5 using 91)

I guess I will call the dealer

I do not know if the new calibration is any different than the calibration that was initially released.

Keep in mind only a very small quantity of vehicles experienced the shudder.

If this is what took 3-4 months was either keep it or go back, i am very disappointed by ford. Not sure why they wouldn't let us go back if we had the shudder from the get to back in march. Terrible service yet again by Ford

I have my 2019 F150 at the dealership now that already had 21B10 completed. I do NOT have a shudder. I have asked them to check the calibration in all the modules. If there is a later calibration for the PCM, this would lead me to believe they have indeed changed something in the calibration between when the recall was performed and now. If there is not a newer calibration, this would lead me to believe the calibration has not changed.
