Default Fender flares

I just got fender flares today. All of my flares are snug to the truck, except for the one on the driver side front. The bottom is tight, but the top half is not tight to the truck. Should they all fit perfectly?

A little more information would be helpful. Are the flares OEM or aftermarket? If aftermarket, are they stick on? I have OEM but used 3M adhesive tape to install and mine a few small gaps here and there but do not look bad.

I had OEM flares first and those were snug against the body with no gaps. Now I have Bushwacker pocket style fender flares and these are also snug against the body with no gaps.
