I just installed Diode Dynamics blinker bulbs. If you want to stop the hyper flash, you'll need to use FORScan and change a setting - takes less than 3 minutes to fix. Do a search for "FORScan hyper flash" and you'll find plenty of good stuff.

did you use cheap LED bulbs? The good ones have an integrated resister that simulates the load of the incandescent bulb.

It's not a programming issue - the truck is correctly telling you there is a problem as it's seeing way less current being drawn than expected. Using FORScan you can just turn off 'Bulb Outage' and the dash indicators will flash normally.
