Default Factory sub versus VSS Sub Stage

Excited to have finally pulled the trigger on a 2017 F150. The truck I purchased doesn't have any upgraded audio from the factory and I'm wanting to install a subwoofer to add some bass. Maintaining all the the floor space in the rear as well as an OEM finish is most important to me so I've decided between installing the factory Kicker setup or going with the VSS sub stage setup from stage 3. I was wondering what everyone's thought is between the two setups. The VSS setup is rated at 200 watts over the 100 watt rating of the factory kicker option but I really like how simple and clean the install is with the factory option (no running wires to the battery, no splicing into radio wires, ect). Do you think the VSS option from stage 3 is significantly better than the factory subwoofer setup? I know I won't be getting anything crazy with either of these options but I'm wondering how much more I'll get out of the VSS package over the factory kicker option and if it is enough to justify giving up the 100% factory installation.

I had a 2016 F150 and went with the VSS. It was a little better than stock, but in my opinion it was NOT worth the price tag for what little it added, and it may say 200 watts but in my years of installing stereos that is a long way from 200 watts. I know you want to keep your floor space but you can get better for less $ or a lot better for the same $ aftermarket. Just my $.02. By the way both are made by Kicker.
