Default Factory Nav voice

Is there a "volume control" on the Nav system voice? I don't use the Nav system much as not much need, but about 4 weeks ago and then today, I used the Nav system, keyed in the address I wanted and hit start, but the voice was very low, almost muted to where I could not hear/understand her "giving directions". Before, the voice was a bit loud and annoying but I didn't use it that much but now the voice is so low/soft I can't hear her, just a voice in the background behind the radio music.

Have any updates affected this in any way, or is a trip to the dealer needed to get the old girl to speak to me in a voice I can hear??? No I have not lost my hearing, wife says she can't hear or understand the "voice" either.

Default Volume ****

When the voice is speaking simply turn up the volume. Just like you would with radio.

There is a setting in the menus on the touchscreen. Consult the manual

I just wish I could get Samuel L. Jackson as the nav voice.

Will try adjusting the volume when "the voice" is talking. Thanks

You shouldn't be hearing the radio when NAV is talking.

I wish I could get "her" to pronounce the road names correctly. Some are really funny, bad.

I don't blame "her." I would have trouble with the second one also.
