Default Factory LED Headlights - Problems

Has anyone had issues with the headlights flickering? I also have some condensation behind the lens. It's just the passenger side, thankfully not both sides. It appears these are an entire unit and the LED bulbs are not replaceable, is this correct? Any affordable replacement options out there? Thanks.

No issues with mine, but it is one of the reasons I added them to the Ford ESP warranty. I think the quote to replace one headlight was around $1300 and whether true or not I was told the 3/36 warranty did not cover it because they are considered wear items.

There is a ballast/regulator that could be bad. It is separate from the headlight. Also, Someone had a headlight where that got hit and it cracked in the back of the housing. It let water in, causing condensation.

You wouldn't happen to know if the ballast is replaceable would you?

I found the parts on Tasca's website. You can replace the bulb and the ballast. Hopefully I can see where the condensation is getting in when I take the headlight assembly out.

The ballasts are replaceable. The 2015 LED headlights are replaceable, in 2016 and up i think they made them non replaceable.
