Default F150LEDs.com light issue... help?

Hello, I have a 2015. I swapped out my factory bulbs for F150LEDs.com MK5 LEDs. My driver side has worked perfectly, but I'm on my second one for the passenger side. The 1st unit would randomly and frequently shut off. If I turned my light switch from "auto on" to "on", it would come back on. Sometimes it would stay on, other times it would shut back off again in seconds and stay off till I did the light switch again. Fog light button would make it turn on again as well. I thought i had a defective unit so F150leds.com sent a second one out. Same exact problem on the same side with the new bulb! Any ideas? Factory lights never did this... just this passenger side LED.

Swap the bulbs from driver to passenger side and see what happens. Hate to say it, but you should've searched the forum before you bought their garbage. Plenty of threads about their bulbs.

Seems to me another person had this, what it comes back to is your truck being a halogen headlight truck, the headlights are your DRL's. DRL's run at a reduced voltage with halogen, since an LED draws less power, the truck's lighting circuitry thinks you have a bulb out and kills the power to that LED. The lighting circuitry is more sensitive on that one side. I believe the other poster had the driver side failing. My F150 I changed my DRL's to my fog lights, I also believe you can turn off the voltage drop, but not 100 percent sure. These can be done with Forscan, you'll have to search to find the info.

I can't lie. I replaced every outside light with F150led and anytime I've ever had the slightest issue, their customer service has been there. They are AMAZING!

I used their reverse lights on a previous truck and just received 2 for my 2020 truck (yet to install because of outside temps). I thought it was a great product and when I contacted them for support they were super helpful. No complaints here.
