Default F150 EcoBoost issue? You decide

Hey guys, thanks for reviewing this post.
Real quick here's the stats:
2015 f150 ecoboost 3.5 liter
2 wheel drive
6 speed trans (6r80)
302a package
Super crew can

So today I took my truck up the grapevine (I5) south unloaded, and didnt like the numbers I saw.
Transmission temp 209
Engine coolant 203

I had just made a few mods to the truck, 1. A thermostat that opens at 170 instead of 195, installed a external transmission cooler and also added a b&m deep transmission pan, still I get thses temps? Does that sound right?

Your thermostat may open at a lower temperature, but have you reprogrammed the temperatures at which the cooling fans start up? So, yes its probably right. The Grapevine should be a pretty good test and I'd say you passed.

The WSM states the normal operating temperature to be 96°C (205°F) to 101°C (215°F). Coolant bypass valve opening temperature at 96°C (205°F).

WSM is Work Shop Manual

Those temperatures are for the transmission.

No, I haven't had it programmed as of yet, I know that would make a difference too, however I am trying to keep it at least 55mph to compensate, what do you think?
