Default F150

Got a question for you guys. I bought a 2016 f150. I put LED bulbs in it off amazon. Bought bigger dust covers because the LED bulbs stick out past the housing. Now I’ve got condensation in the headlight bad. I turn the high beams on and it goes away. But comes right back. Anything else I should try before I take it to the dealer? Thank you in advance.

which model?
I put in LEDs 4 yrs ago and no condensation, and I cut the covers.
Are you sure the bulbs are lined up with the rubber seal?

Why are you going to take it to the dealer? You modified it with aftermarket bulbs and dust covers...

chances are your dust covers aren't sealed correctly. Dealer isn't going to help you much other than telling you to put the stock bulbs and dust covers back. And they may even charge you a diagnostic fee.
