Default F-150 Tail Light issue

I have a 2019 F-150 XLT with the 5.0 in it. The rear passenger tail lights are acting weird. I have running lights, but the top 2 bulbs won’t function when I press the brake pedal or hit the turn signal. The only light up when acting as running lights…I’m kinda pissed about it. Ideas?

"Acting as running lights.." Well paid actors is the joke here I believe. Took me a few times reading this to get it.

When I had my 2015, the driver side tail light started flashing fast, then not at all, then back to fast then stopped, THEN would function normally. Got home and pulled the whole assembly off to find the wiring to the harness came loose and rubbed against the bedside. It exposed the wire then when I grabbed it, it completely tore. Luckily I had a couple of spare connectors since Ford stuck with this specific brown tail/turn connector. I pulled the pin out of the spare connector and the same pin from the trucks connector, spliced new wiring together then shrink wrapped it up, didn't have an issue since. Might be something to look at if you pull the tail light off again.
