Default Extra wiring harness by headlight switch

In the search for somewhere to tap into running light power in the cab, I found an extra wiring harness plugged into a blank hole just below the headlight switch and beside the power pedal adjustment switch. After a bunch of searching I found out that the yellow/orange wire taped to the headlight switch is switched power intended for the snow plow package, but I couldn't find what the extra harness is for. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for what the colours do on both that harness and the headlamp switch? I need running light power for my raptor third tail :P
Thanks in advanced.

EDIT: is there an easier place in the cab to get running light power? These wires into the headlight switch are awfully small to try to tap into..... thanks.

The extra plug is for the electric emergency brake switch.

Thanks for the tip on the snow plow wire. I was wanting to know where it went from the connector with the hazard switch.

Here is a wiring diagram of the HL switch if that will help you.
