Ofcourse, apples to apples...same terms

Anderson Koch $1,645
Flood Ford $1,605
Zeigler Ford $1,620

Just FYI...
Thx, good to know.
You guys rock, lots of good info here: Got help with stuff and options when I ordered the truck, and now more help with warranty and saving real $$.
Thx again, hope I can reciprocate one day. (Ask me anything about boats and airplanes, licensed Captain on both crafts)

When you are ready to buy, call Zeigler on the phone. The prices they list on their site are usually inclusive of using their 12 month payment option which includes a premium of about $230. If you plan to pay with one credit card payment in full you will likely get that premium taken off. Well worth the phone call.

I was pretty sure they could not sell their product in Florida, just copied the numbers and moved on.
Thx again.
Oh they can sell it to you... but did you read the wording? Yes, because Zeigler Auto Group is licensed (Number W300391) to sell Ford warranties in Florida. Florida residents can only purchase Ford Protect Plans at Ford’s Florida retail prices from dealers licensed to sell in the State of Florida.
Gents, the prices everyone quotes for $1200 or $1400 are not retail prices in Florida.... good luck.

Ouch, your right. I just checked my warranty, and if I change my plan from Texas to Florida, it goes up $1,100 bucks!!!

Okay boys, the Sun is shining again:
I Called Zeigler just now and asked in detail about being a Florida resident, buying a truck in Florida, not a problem, they are licensed to do it and all is good..
Also asked about paying up front for a discount versus a payment plan, no difference the man said, unfortunately he said.

Florida has some state law where you can't sell a warranty for cheaper than what's listed at retail price with the state of Florida. Therefore, all dealers should theoretically have the same retail price on the warranty alone (unless one is marking it up, not sure if that is legal or not) in the state of Florida.
Just as one said.. I live in TN, my $1500 warranty I purchased from Ziegler turns into an almost $3000 warranty if I lived in Florida.... You can thank your state legislature for that one.

Well, I am not a legal eagle, but if Zeigler says they are licensed in Florida, AND they gave me the price verbally and in writing, I would think they have to honor that price, and all them Ford Dealers have to honor the plan.
Can’t see no way around it, not smart or educated, but my mother gave me a lot of common sense as a birthday gift.

What price are they quoting you? What was in your original post?
