Default Exhaust tip recommendations?

I'm looking to replace my exhaust tip, but can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a stainless dual exhaust tip (3" inlet for factory exhaust) that will bolt on (no welding). Preferably black, but that's not a deal breaker as it can always just be painted. So far haven't found anything, but my knowledge of exhaust tips and where to look for them is pretty limited, so hoping someone can steer me in the right direction. Any suggestions?

Yep, tried those. But not much in a dual ss tip that is bolt on with correct inlet size, especially in black.

finding black SS might be difficult. It seems if it's SS then it's polished and if it's black then it's just anodized.

maybe look at some of the big carriers. Jegs, Summit, JCWhitney, etc.

Edit: Summit has several with 3" in and dual 4" out. Polished stainless.

I guess SS isn't absolutely necessary. I live in Canada and it is road salt season so I thought SS might wear better. I'll check those out, thanks for the suggestions.

In that case...I'd go with stainless and then maybe get it painted or PC'd

Or get the cheapest you can find and replace it every year or 2

Yep, stainless painted is what I was thinking. Now just need to find one the correct inlet size (and length) that just bolts up. I'd even consider just rattle canning it with a good quality high temp matte black paint.

something else to consider. a local shop could weld a flange to a weld-on type tip.

I was looking for a tip for my old truck. It has a V6 but I didn't want the bumblebee sound. So I got a SS 2.5" inlet and a 4" out 24"L all I could find were weld-on tip from ebay. Then had a local muffler shop weld a flange to it so that I could bolt it in place. $35 for the tip and $15 for the flange.

Is the one that comes on the truck a black dual tip?
