It's been a while since I have used ETIS, but now when I try to get vehicle details on a specific VIN, I receive an error on ETIS. Anyone know what has changed? I tried creating a new ID and get the same thing. Also, to note which seems unusual, the Last Selected Vehicle does not seem to update. And if I try to look at that vehicle, it will bring up the vehicle but the details list is blank. (see 2nd pic)
I know I've been asleep at the wheel on this one... Has this function been removed? Moved to another place? Anyone have an idea on what might be wrong or how to get it resolved? (I've not been able to find a help desk to assist...) Thanks
