Default ESP issues

I own a 2015 F150 Lariat and I'm concerned between the electronics and the glass panel roof (which has been serviced twice in 2 years) of seeing some big post warranty bills.

Seeing some really negative comments on other sites about 'fine print' coverage gaps and slow/no response from ESP service reps.

Any feedback?

What are you seeing. You are asking for feedback on very vague statements and without giving any solid details.

What fine print coverage gaps?

Any specific examples of slow/no response from ESP service reps?

Default ESP Issues

Good point--- I should be more specific so I took the time to read the fine print in the ESP contract and my two biggest issues- water leaks and wind noise are NOT covered by the plan. So I think I have my answer though disappointing. Thanks

My friend just dealt with the water leak issue with an explorer. Had major electrical issues from the leaking sunroof. His sunroof would randomly open and close on its own. They couldn’t figure out the faulty part. Warranty claim was refused. Unfortunately his only option was to trade it in after several dry days in a row.

ESP or initial warranty. If he didn't have the premium plan he's SOL. If it's the initial warranty it should be covered.

It was a CPO that he upgraded to ESP premium care. Unfortunately most of us don’t take the time to read the fine print. Live and learn...
