Default Error Code PO365 / PO369

Good Afternoon, I've been looking around for help and couldn't find quite the right answer. I have a '17 F150 3.5 Eco, I just got PO365 & PO369 codes pop up yesterday (while towing if that matters). My engine now sounds like a diesel engine while accelerating (towing or not), it also sounds not great at idle (but not as bad as acceleration). I read the codes to be "Camshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Bank 1" so I went and grabbed some camshaft position sensors. I know Bank 1 is passenger side but I cannot see them on the passenger side. I see the two on the driver side but cannot for the life of me find the other two (are they even there?).

I also see the Ford 21B10 & 21N03. Is that what I'm actually looking at? Do I need to replace the phasers (and pay for it since I'm above 90k miles)?

Thanks All

Workshop Manual says to check for a damaged mechanical vacuum pump and to make sure the mechanical vacuum pump oil feed hole is not restricted.

My truck truly sounds like a diesel engine during acceleration, I can't hear it during idle in the cab but when I opened the hood I can hear it and I can feel the passenger side appears to be the side knocking. The reading / video's I've watched make me believe the phasers are the issue and are breaking in there which is obviously a big concern. Both my local dealerships have been useless when I call and they say "we can see you in a month" and I'm like "this is my daily driver, I need to get to work"

that TSB was the only document addressing those DTCs

I took it to a shop and they agree that it's TSB 20-2132, I wanted another set of eyes. Does anyone have the WSM 303-01 part of the manual or a video / how-to of replacing the valve covers? I'm comfortable doing the work and tried to find information but my concern is do I put RTV around the entire valve cover gasket or only in certain locations?
