Default Engine light on and loosing power!!

Hi all,
Just been a little frustrated with my 2015 F150 3.5 Eco boost. It's been in the shop like 4 times and I only have 13000 miles on it. First 3X was with oil leak and now it's loosing power with the engine light on. Has anybody in here ever have this issue with their truck??????

Depending on what caused the engine light to go on, the trucks computer will automatically decrease power consumption in order to prevent damage. EG, if my engine light comes on for any reason, the remote start doesn't work. Usually its just a precautionary measure, but the truck is under warranty, so get it in.

yup you are right man, this morning I did try the remote start and it did not work. I did took it in but somehow they did not find anything. as soon as I drive it off the lot i can clearly feel the lack of power again. So she is going back to the shop again tomorrow.

That's the problem too lol I did took the truck in, they have it for 4 days they had the mechanic took it home and drove over 100Miles not sure if this is normal procedure to put that many miles on the truck to find nothing so I went to pick it up and the moment I drove it off the lot the engine light came on and the lack of power was still happening. Now they wanna see it again for more testing that they did not do the first time. lol
